The PH value is 9-10, which means that it penetrates through the hair making the dyes last for about 8 days on the skin and 5-6 weeks on the hair providing an intense final result

Can Noemi Dye be used with Lamination?
Yes! Noemi Dye is amazing paired with brow lamination. Noemi Dye contains Henna Extract which is not to be confused with Henna Pigment. Henna Extract is perfectly safe to use in combination with lamination

What is a lash lift?
