Q. What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday each week, with late-night hours on Tuesday and
Thursday to cater for busy women who work full-time. After-hours appointments may
be available on other days on request.

Q. What skincare ranges do you stock at Jamele?

We stock four world-renowned professional skincare product and treatment ranges
– Dermaviduals, Environ, Janesce, Joyce Blok as well as Jane Iredale and Sothys
makeup. Visit our ‘Jamele Products’ page for information on each of our product ranges and to
discover what we love about each one.

Q. Do I have to be a Jamele client to purchase product?

No, you don’t. You are welcome to come in and browse and purchase a product
without an appointment. If you are new to professional skincare we do recommend
you make an appointment for a Free Skin Consultation so one of our therapists can
help you to select the products that are right for you and address your specific skin

Q. Do you sell gift-vouchers?

Absolutely. Our gift vouchers are beautifully gift-wrapped, boxed and bowed. We
can create a voucher for a specific product or treatment, or for a dollar value and we
offer free shipping for overnight delivery by courier. Pop in and see us to arrange or
purchase a gift voucher online.

Q. Do I need to book appointments in advance?

It does pay to! You are welcome to walk in from the street and take your chances
but we are a busy clinic so to ensure that you get your preferred therapist and an
appointment time that suits you best please phone well in advance. For the same
reason we recommend that you schedule your next appointment after finishing a
Jamele treatment or consultation.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment
so that we can make that time available to another client. A fee may be charged for
no shows or last-minute cancellations. We will send you a text reminder the day before
your appointment.

Q. Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?

To ensure you get the most out of your time with us and in consideration of other clients
we respectfully request that you make arrangements for your children to be cared for
while you are with us.

Q. What is your returns policy on products?

We can only exchange or refund goods in resalable condition – i.e. unopened and
unused. Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase date. We’re sorry,
but we are not able to exchange or refund products, which have been used or
opened unless they are faulty. To ensure that you purchase product that is right for
your specific skin requirements, we recommend you take advantage of our Free Skin
Consultation.

Q. Where can I find information about your visiting consultants?

We have three specialist consultants who take bookings at Jamele every 4-6 weeks
or so. Dr Ronald Goedeke specialises in appearance medicine and wellness
consultations, Dianne Gullard is an IPL skin rejuvenation and hair removal specialist,
